Abstract

有機溶媒、ポリマー、及び酸化防止剤を含む添加剤液を混合して、高分子溶液(11)をつくる。高分子溶液(11)を、走行するエンドレスバンド(118)にキャストする。エンドレスバンド(118)にキャストされた高分子溶液(11)は、キャスト膜(22)となる。結露により、第1エリア(111)を通過するキャスト膜(22)上に水滴を形成する。第2エリア(112)を通過するキャスト膜(22)上の水滴が成長するとともに、有機溶媒が蒸発する。高分子溶液(11)の調製から48時間が経過する前に、十分乾燥したキャスト膜(22)を第3エリア(113)へ送る。第3エリア(113)を通過するキャスト膜(22)上の水滴が蒸発する。剥取ローラ(157)により、第3エリア(113)を経たキャスト膜(22)は、エンドレスバンド(118)から酸化防止剤を含む多孔フイルム(17)として剥ぎ取られる。
