Abstract

 端末装置(無線端末装置6)の受信ダイバーシチの切替え(動作状態から停止状態、又は停止状態から動作状態への切替え)によって端末装置(無線端末装置6)に生起する受信特性の急激な変動を回避するため、その受信特性の変動に対応する送信電力制御情報を端末装置に生起させて上り信号に加算し、その送信電力制御情報に基づいて基地局(4)の下り信号の送信電力を制御することにより、通信特性の劣化を防止し、また過剰な電力消費を低減する。
