Because, the rear window of the vehicle includes a resistance and the window is heated in required situations. The heat affects the magnetic area and most of the time the radio antenna can not work properly.

  • the screen printing is applied just for printing.
  • the material used for the printing is silver wax and it is designed especially for window works.
  • the reason why the silver is used for printing is that it is the best metal that receives the radio waves .
  • Radio antenna on the windscreen of the vehicle with screen printing technique totally eliminates the problem of water leaking from the screw entries which are drilled on the ceiling of the vehicle for the montage of the antenna. Moreover, since the ceiling antenna is not applied, montage work is not required; thus, labor cost and time loss are eliminated.
  • the application of the radio antenna on the windscreen of the vehicle with screen printing technique creates positive consequents in terms of aesthetic and usage easiness.
  • the antenna's not being outside environment also eliminates the problem of breaking of the antenna mast. Additionally, since the radio antenna applied on the windscreen with screen printing technique is fixed, the quality of transmissions will not be affected by the driving.
