Abstract

 本発明は、回転子の回転軸に沿った両側に固定子を設けてスラスト力を低減しつつも、交番磁界が発生するバックヨークの個数を増大させないことを目的とする。アキシャルギャップ型回転電機は、回転子(1)と、電機子(2)と、固定子(3)とを備える。回転子(1)は、回転軸(Q)の周りで周方向に回転可能な磁性体である。電機子(2)は、回転軸に平行な回転軸方向の一方側から回転子と対向する電機子巻線(22)を有する。固定子(3)は、回転軸方向の他方側から回転子を経由して電機子巻線に界磁磁束を鎖交させる。
