Abstract

 アウタレールに設けられたスリット開口部をベルト状のカバーで覆いつつも、スライドプレートが前記カバーを退避させながらアウタレールに沿って自在に移動可能なリニアアクチュエータユニットであって、中空部を有して筒状に形成されると共に軸方向に沿って1条のスリット開口部(11)が形成されたアウタレール(1)と、前記スリット開口部(11)を介して前記中空部内のインナブロック(3)と結合されると共にスリット開口部(11)に沿って移動するスライドプレート(3)と、前記アウタレール(1)の長手方向の両端間に張り渡されて前記スリット開口部(11)を覆うカバーベルト(6)と、前記スライドプレート(2)の移動に応じて前記カバーベルト(6)をアウタレール(1)から離間させるベルト誘導部材(7)と、このベルト誘導部材(7)と前記カバーベルト(6)及びアウタレール(1)との間を密封するシール部材(8)とから構成されている。
