Abstract

タンパク安定化剤は、単独重合した場合に、０°C以上８０°C以下に下限臨界溶解温度を有するホモポリマーを形成する性質を有するモノマー（Ａ）と、単独重合した場合に、下限臨界溶解温度を有さない非イオン性水溶性ホモポリマーを形成する性質を有するモノマー（Ｂ）と、を含有するモノマー混合物を重合することにより形成された水溶性ポリマーを含む。
