Abstract

 衝撃的なトルク入力を緩衝することができるようにしたクラッチ内蔵プーリユニットを提供することである。  プーリ1の内側に一方向クラッチ10を組込み、その一方向クラッチ10の内輪13を外筒13aと内筒13bで形成する。外筒13aと内筒13b間に円筒状の弾性部材20を組込んで、外筒13aと内筒13bに固着する。プーリ1の一方向への回転時に一方向クラッチ10の係合子18を外輪11と外筒13aの対向面に係合させ、その係合子18を介して外輪11の回転を外筒13aに伝達し、その外筒13aの回転により弾性部材20を弾性変形させて、外筒13aの回転を内筒13bに伝達し、上記弾性部材20の弾性変形によりプーリ1に負荷される衝撃トルクを緩衝する。
