Abstract

自動調心ころ軸受は、円弧形状の内輪部材(33,34)を円周方向に複数連ねて形成される内輪(32)と、内輪(32)に沿って配置される複数の球面ころと、複数の軌道部材(33,34)を連結する締結部材(37)とを備え、隣接する内輪部材(33,34)それぞれの円周方向端面には、互いに対面する位置に隣接する軌道部材(33,34)の当接面に沿う方向に突出する一対の凸壁(33b,34b)が形成されており、締結部材(37)は、一対の凸壁(33b,34b)を円周方向に跨いで位置するベース部(37a)と、ベース部(37a)の両端部から凸壁(33b,34b)の突出方向と逆方向に突出して、一対の凸壁(33b,34b)を円周方向の両側から挟持する一対の係止部(37b,37c)とを有する。
