Abstract
"MANCAL DE SUPORTE RADIAL DE GUINDASTE". A presente invenção, em uma modalidade, é um sistema para receber e entregar em uma base as cargas radiais impostas em um guindaste onde o guindaste tem um pilar central de maneira operável conectado à base com uma superfície de mancal externa geralmente cilíndrica e o guindaste gira em pelo menos um círculo parcial em torno do eixo do pilar central. O sistema compreende três ou mais roletes radiais de carga, arranjados em uma seqüência conectada em um arco na superfície de mancal externa do pilar central. Cada rolete de carga radial inclui um eixo e um eixo de rotação que é geralmente paralelo ao eixo do pilar central. O sistema também compreende um dispositivo para ancorar um primeiro rolete de carga radial em uma extremidade do arco e ancorar um segundo rolete de carga radial na outra extremidade do arco. O sistema também compreende ligações conectando cada rolete entre o primeiro e o segundo rolete radial a seus roletes adjacentes para formar uma corrente flexível dos ditos roletes.
