Abstract

従来のインパクトレンチでボルトを締結して、ドアを車体に仮止めする際には、発生した削りカスがドアや車体の表面に付着して、塗装工程で中塗り塗装や上塗り塗装を行った際の、ブツ等の塗装品質不良が発生する原因となっていた。本発明のインパクトレンチ１は、ソケット６にて把持したボルト５１をナット７０ａに締結するための締結工具であって、ソケット６の周囲を覆う吸引カバー１２と、吸引カバー１２にて覆われた部分の雰囲気を吸引可能な吸引口１１ｄとを備え、吸引カバー１２内の雰囲気を吸引口１１ｄを通じて吸引し、ボルト５１の締結時に生じた削りカスを回収するように構成しているので、生じた削りカスが周囲に飛散することを防止できる。これにより、塗装工程においてドアを車体７０に仮付けする際等に、前記削りカスが車体７０やドアの表面に付着して、ブツ等の塗装品質不良が発生することを防止でき、塗装品質の向上を図ることが可能となる。
