Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un film optique mince présentant d'excellentes propriétés optiques et une efficacité de production élevée. Le procédé de production est un procédé de production d'un film optique comprenant un matériau de base similaire à un film présentant une structure concave et convexe. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : application d'une solution de résine, à l'aide d'un matériau de résine sous forme de soluté, sur un moule présentant une structure concave et convexe inversée par rapport à la structure concave et convexe mentionnée ci-dessus ; séchage et durcissement du revêtement de solution de résine afin de former une couche de résine ; application d'un solvant, capable de dissoudre la couche de résine et le matériau de base et ne provoquant l'apparition d'aucun résidu de solvant après l'évaporation, sur la surface de la couche de résine ; superposition, dans un état dans lequel le solvant appliqué sur la surface de la couche de résine est capable de dissoudre le matériau de base, de la surface revêtue de solvant de la couche de résine et du matériau de base l'une sur l'autre ; évaporation du solvant appliqué sur la surface de la couche de résine ; et séparation du matériau de base et du moule.
