Abstract

　互いに軸方向反対側を向いたオイルリップ１１及びダストリップ１２を備え、オイルリップ１１の内周面に、軸２の外周面と密接されるメインエッジ１１ａと、それより根元１１ｃ側で軸２の外周面に密接されるサブエッジ１１ｂが形成され、オイルリップ１１及びダストリップ１２の内周面がＰＴＦＥ皮膜１７でコーティングされると共に、このＰＴＦＥ皮膜１７のうち、サブエッジ１１ｂの内周面の領域に粗面１７ａが形成される。このため、ＰＴＦＥ皮膜１７の有する自己潤滑性及びサブエッジ１１ｂに形成された粗面１７ａによる潤滑油膜保持作用の協働によって、摩擦力が低減される。
