Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Zylinderlaufbuchse mit den folgenden Verfahrensschritten: Herstellen eines zylinderförmigen Vorprodukts aus einem Stahlwerkstoff mit einem Kohlenstoffgehalt von höchstens 0,8 Masse-% und einem ferritischen oder ferritisch/perlitischen Gefüge; Anreichern der Randschicht der inneren Mantelfläche des zylinderförmigen Vorprodukts mit Kohlenstoff in Form von sich an den Korngrenzen ablagernden Carbiden mittels Aufkohlen; langsames Abkühlen des zylinderförmigen Vorprodukts derart, dass in der Randschicht ein perlitisches Gefüge mit einem Netzwerk aus Carbiden gebildet wird; Fertigbearbeiten des zylinderförmigen Vorprodukts zu einer Zylinderlaufbuchse. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ferner eine mit diesem Verfahren herstellbare Zylinderlaufbuchse.
