Abstract

 本発明の課題は、セロトニン5-HT5A受容体調節作用に基づく、認知症、統合失調症等の、新規かつ優れた治療または予防薬を提供することにある。  クロメンやジヒドロナフタレン等の二環構造の一方の環にグアニジンがカルボニル基を介して結合し、かつ、他方の環に環基が結合した構造に特徴を有する二環式アシルグアニジン誘導体が、強力な5-HT5A受容体調節作用と、これに基づく優れた薬理作用を有することが確認された。本発明は、認知症、統合失調症、双極性障害、注意欠陥多動性障害の良好な治療または予防薬として有用である。
