Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'une composition de résine adhésive ; sur un film de résine ; et sur un stratifié. Le procédé est caractérisé par le malaxage d'une résine de polyester saturé ayant un indice de fusion de 10 à 500 g/10 minutes et une résine thermoplastique qui est différente de la résine de polyester saturé et présente un indice de fusion de 1,5 à 20 g/10 minutes à l'aide d'une extrudeuse double vis, le rapport de la longueur totale (Ls) et de la longueur efficace de vis (La) d'une partie vis de malaxage (c'est-à-dire un rapport Ls/La) étant de 0,20 à 0,45, et la température moyenne préétablie de cylindre dans la première étape de malaxage étant inférieure à celle dans la seconde étape de malaxage. Le film de résine est obtenu par traitement d'une composition de résine adhésive obtenue par le procédé. Le stratifié comprend au moins deux matériaux liés ensemble par l'intermédiaire d'une résine adhésive, la couche adhésive comprenant le film de résine.
