Abstract

　高周波帯域においても、寄生インダクタンスや寄生容量が発生せず、挿入損失特性に優れた積層型トランス，インピーダンス変換器，等分配器，インピーダンス変換方法及び等分配方法を提供する。 　積層型トランス１は、磁性体基板２と、第１コイル体６及び第２コイル体７を内包する積層体３と、磁性体基板４と、外部電極５－１，５－２，５－３とを備える。第２コイル体７は、第１コイル体６とは逆方向を向き且つ巻き方向も逆方向である。第１及び第２コイル体６，７の端６１ｂ，７１ｂは中心軸Ｍ１（Ｍ２）上に位置した状態で、積層体３の前面３ａに露出する。第１及び第２コイル体６，７の端６２ｂ，７２ｂは中心軸Ｍ１から両側に偏位した状態で後面３ｂに露出する。外部電極５－１は端６１ｂ，７１ｂとに接続され、外部電極５－２，５－３は端６２ｂ，７２ｂに接続されている。
