Abstract

 プラズマディスプレイ装置において、走査電極駆動回路(43)を構成するスイッチング素子の耐圧を上げることなく、前記走査電極駆動回路(43)の出力インピーダンスを下げる。維持パルス発生回路(62)のクランプ部(70)は、高電圧側(Vsus)に出力をクランプする第1のクランプスイッチ(Q71)と、節点(N1)において前記第1のクランプスイッチ(Q71)とバックツーバックで接続された第1の分離スイッチ(Q72)と、低電圧側(GND)に出力をクランプする第2のクランプスイッチ(Q74)と、節点(N3)において前記第2のクランプスイッチ(Q74)とバックツーバックで接続された第2の分離スイッチ(Q73)とを備える。下り傾斜波形電圧を発生する第1の波形発生回路(66)の出力は前記節点(N1)に接続され、上り傾斜波形電圧を発生する第2の波形発生回路(64)の出力は前記節点(N3)に接続される。
