Abstract

La présente invention a pour but de proposer des polyisocyanates destinés à être utilisés dans la production d'une mousse de polyuréthanne rigide présentant un excellent équilibre entre la capacité de liaison et la stabilité dimensionnelle, ainsi qu'un procédé de production de la mousse de polyuréthanne rigide. Selon la présente invention, les polyisocyanates destinés à être utilisés dans la production d'une mousse de polyuréthanne rigide comprennent de 85 à 99,7 parties en masse d'un diphénylméthane diisocyanate polymère et de 0,3 à 15 parties en masse d'au moins un isocyanate aliphatique et/ou d'au moins un isocyanate alicyclique. De préférence, les polyisocyanates sont utilisés en combinaison avec de l'eau en tant qu'agent gonflant. Le ou les isocyanates aliphatiques et/ou le ou les isocyanates alicycliques sont de préférence l'hexaméthylène diisocyanate et/ou une modification de celui-ci. Les polyisocyanates ont de préférence une viscosité à 25 °C de 200 mPa s ou moins.
