Abstract

 流体の安定した流れを得ることができ、高品質の仕事を実現できるノズル部材、より具体的には微細で長い貫通孔を有するノズル部材とその製造方法を提供する。軸心に平行な貫通孔を少なくとも一個有する流体用ノズルのノズル部材であって、貫通孔の直径寸法が100μm乃至10μmであり、かつ貫通孔の直径Dと長さLとの比L/Dが5以上であり、相対密度が95%以上のセラミックス材料で形成したノズル部材である。このような複数の微細な貫通孔を有するノズル部材は、合成樹脂、炭素材料あるいは金属材料からなるフィラメントをノズル部材の軸心方向に包含した状態で押出成形あるいは鋳込成形を行い、その成形体からフィラメントを抜き取った後で脱脂焼結するか、または合成樹脂及び炭素材料製のフィラメントは抜き取ることなく酸化雰囲気で脱脂焼結し蒸発焼失させることにより製造される。
