Abstract
本発明は、透明な材質からなる表面が平らな基板(1)、該基板と協働してマイクロビーズを含む溶液を流すためのマイクロ流路を形成するように表面が前記基板の表面に密着して設けられる透明な材質からなるマイクロ流路形成体(2)、並行する複数の直線部分を有する該マイクロ流路形成体の表面に形成された溝(3)、少なくとも一つのマイクロ流路の下流部において前記溶液が流れる隙間を有するように該溝の内部に突出して設けられ先頭のマイクロビーズの移動を阻止して後続のマイクロビーズを複数個整列して貯留させるための突起部(4)、前記流路の上流部に設けられ前記基板及び前記マイクロ流路形成体へ溶液を注入する注入口(5)、前記流路の下流部に設けられ前記基板及び前記マイクロ流路形成体から溶液を排出する排出口(6)を備えたマイクロビーズアレイ用チップに関する。
