Abstract

 重合性官能基と蛍光発光性を有する官能基を含む化合物を、DCC(脱水縮合剤)を用いずに簡便かつ効率良く製造できる方法を提供する。  7-(ジエチルアミノ)クマリン-3-カルボン酸からヒドロキシ基を除いた残基を有する酸無水物と、メタクリル酸2-ヒドロキシエチルとを反応させる工程、または7-(ジエチルアミノ)クマリン-3-カルボン酸のヒドロキシ基がハロゲン原子によって置換された酸ハロゲン化物と、メタクリル酸2-ヒドロキシエチルとを反応させる工程を経て、7-(ジエチルアミノ)クマリン-3-カルボン酸2-(メタクリロイルオキシ)エチルを製造する。
