Abstract

Die Erfindung ist gerichtet auf einen Elektromotor-Kommutator (12) mit einer Schaltbrücke (20) mit einem Highside-Halbleiter (T1) und einem Lowside-Halbleiter (T4). Der Kommutator (12) weist ferner einen Pulsweiten-Modulator (26) zur Ansteuerung der Schaltbrücke (20) auf. Der Pulsweiten-Modulator (26) ist an beide Halbleiter (T1, T4) angeschlossen. Der Pulsweiten-Modulator wird alternierend an die beiden Halbleiter (T1, T4) durchgeschaltet. Hierdurch wird eine gleichmäßige Erwärmung aller Schalt-Halbleiter (T1, T4) der Schaltbrücke (20) realisiert, so dass die Verlustleistung und die Temperaturbelastung der Schalt-Halbleiter gleich ist.
