Abstract

 太陽電池モジュールにおける光利用率を向上させることにより、発電効率を向上させる型フィルム一体型集光フィルム、これを用いた太陽電池セル及び太陽電池モジュールを提供する。  太陽電池モジュールは、入射光の入射側から保護ガラス201、封止材202、型フィルム一体型集光フィルム300という複数の光透過性層を透過した入射光を太陽電池セル100に導入して発電する。型フィルム一体型集光フィルム300は、共に透明な型フィルムと集光フィルムからなり、特に型フィルムは入射光の入射側から積層される複数の光透過性層のうち一層である。型フィルムの屈折率は1.4~1.6であるのが好ましい。集光フィルムは、その屈折率を1.6~2.2とし型フィルムよりも高屈折層である。
