Abstract

 光利用率を向上させることにより、発電効率を向上することのできる太陽電池モジュールを提供する。封止材202を第1の層(保護ガラス201と封止材202とは、屈折率がほぼ同等であるため、光学的に同等と考える。)、集光フィルム300を第2の層、反射防止膜104を第3の層、n型層103を第4の層とし、また各層の各屈折率を第1の屈折率n1、第2の屈折率n2、第3の屈折率n3、第4の屈折率n4とすると、n1≦n2≦n3≦n4が成り立つようにする。これら光透過性層のうちの1層である第2の層の集光フィルム300は、前述したように入射光205の入射側300aを凹凸形状としている。
