Abstract

L'invention porte sur un fluide aqueux pour le traitement de feuilles d'acier zingué qui comporte (A) du carbonate d'ammonium et de zirconium, (B) un composé de vanadium (IV), (C) un acide organophosphorique représenté par la formule générale (I) ou un sel d'ammonium de celui-ci, (D) une résine acrylique anionique pouvant être dispersée dans l'eau ayant une température de transition vitreuse (Tg) de 0 à 60 °C obtenue par conversion de la température absolue (K) calculée par la formule numérique (1) en une température en degrés Celsius (°C) et de l'eau, et qui a une teneur de (D) de 1 à 60 % en masse sur la base de la totalité de la matière solide, une teneur de (B) de 0,5 à 8 % en masse en termes de V sur la base de la totalité de la matière solide, un rapport massique V/(C) de 0,05 à 0,1, un rapport Zr/(V+(C)) de 0,1 à 6 % en masse (calculé par conversion de (A) en Zr), et un pH de 7 à 10 ; et des feuilles d'acier zingué portant des films résultant du fluide sur la surface. Les feuilles d'acier selon l'invention présentent d'excellentes caractéristiques en termes de résistance à la corrosion, de résistance aux alcalins, d'aspect, de résistance à la rosée condensée, d'aptitude au revêtement et d'aptitude au meulage. Le fluide peut être utilisé dans un équipement de traitement similaire à celui du traitement au chromate de prévention contre la rouille temporaire dans la chaîne de fabrication de feuilles d'acier zingué.
