Abstract

L'invention porte sur une méthode de préparation de granulés de ginseng sans excipient, qui améliore la fluidité de la poudre et la qualité du stockage. Lesdits granulés suppriment les inconvénients liés à l'absorption, au stockage et à la distribution de produits liquides de ginseng, tout en conservant l'efficacité des ingrédients du ginseng. Ladite méthode comporte les étapes suivantes: préparation en vue de la pulvérisation de concentrés de ginseng comportant de 10 à 15 % de contenus solides par concentration d'extraits de ginseng ou dilution de concentrés de ginseng, et pulvérisation et fluidification répétitive desdits concentrés par pulvérisation par le bas en vue de l'obtention de granulés de concentré de ginseng de tailles diverses. La pulvérisation et le processus de fluidification se font dans des conditions de granulation sur lit fluidisé, à savoir: température d'introduction d'air de 80 à 150°C pression d'air d'atomisation de 0,5 à 5,0 bar, température de la ligne d'alimentation de 20 à 80°C, et vitesse de pulvérisation de 5 à 1000g/min, etc.
