Abstract

強い発光異方性を示す発光体試料の発光を容易かつ確実に等方化して、その発光体試料の発光量子効率を精度よく測定できる発光量子効率測定装置を提供する。  発光量子効率測定装置は、積分球1の中心を含む平面上の直交する方向に、励起光導入窓2と、分光器へつながる検出プローブ端3とを有する発光量子効率測定装置において、該積分球1の内部であって、中心から該平面に対する垂線上に発光体試料5が配置され、該検出プローブ端3から発光体試料5を見通す位置にバッフル板7が置かれている。
