Claims (16)
- 試料中の酸化性化学種の分析に使用できる方法であって、以下のステップ:
i)試料を、フォトルミネセンス性の第1の試薬及び光学的に活性な第2の試薬と接触させるステップ(12)と、
ここで、該フォトルミネセンス性の第1の試薬が、希土類でドープされかつ酸化可能なナノ粒子を少なくとも含んでおり、
・フォトルミネセンス性の第1の試薬の発光が、少なくとも1つの第1の波長において、酸化性化学種の量と共に変化し、かつ
・光学的に活性な第2の試薬によって放出されるシグナルが、第1の波長とは異なる少なくとも1つの第2の波長において、酸化性化学種の量に対して一定であるか、或いは酸化性化学種の量と共に、フォトルミネセンス性の第1の試薬の発光とは逆方向に、変化する、
ii)試料中のフォトルミネセンス性の第1の試薬及び光学活性な第2の試薬を励起するステップ(16)と、
iii)少なくとも第1の波長及び少なくとも第2の波長において、試料の光度を測定するステップ(18)と、
iv)前記測定された光度の解釈(20)によって及び場合によって基準値の参照によって、酸化性化学種の存在及び/又は量を推定するステップと
を含む方法。 - フォトルミネセンス性の第1の試薬の発光の光度が酸化性化学種の量と共に増加する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 光学的に活性な第2の試薬の発光の光度が、酸化性化学種の量に対してほぼ一定である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 光学的に活性な第2の試薬がフォトルミネセンス性である、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 光学的に活性な第2の試薬が、LaPO4:Eu、LaPO4:Er、LaPO4:Nd、LaPO4:Tb、LaF3:RE、NaYF4:Yb、NaYF4:Er、CdSe/ZnS、CdTe/ZnS、KTP及び/又はBaTiO3のナノ粒子を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 光学的に活性な第2の試薬の発光の光度が酸化性化学種の量と共に減少する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 第1の波長がフォトルミネセンス性の第1の試薬の酸化型を代表し、第2の波長が光学的に活性な試薬の還元型を代表する、請求項1、請求項2及び請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 光学的に活性な第2の試薬がフォトルミネセンス性である、請求項1、請求項2、請求項6又は請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 光学的に活性な第2の試薬が、YAG:Ce、LaPO4:Ceのナノ粒子を含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- フォトルミネセンス性の第1の試薬が、AxEu1−x(VO4)y(PO4)(1−y) の少なくとも部分的に還元されたナノ粒子(式中、AはY、Gd及びLaから選択される1種であり、0≦x≦1、0≦y≦1である。)である、請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ステップi)の前に、フォトルミネセンス性の第1の試薬を得るためナノ粒子を還元(14)することからなるステップa)を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 試料(102)中の酸化性化学種の分析に使用できる方法であって、以下のステップ:
i)AxEu1−x(VO4)y(PO4)(1−y)(式中、AはY、Gd及びLaから選択される1種であり、0≦x≦1、0≦y≦1である。)のフォトルミネセンス性のナノ粒子であって、前もって還元されたナノ粒子を用意するステップと、
ii)アッセイ試料中に前記ナノ粒子を導入するステップと、
iii)前記ナノ粒子を励起するステップ(16)と、
iv)前記ナノ粒子の酸化型又は還元型を代表する1以上の波長で前記試料によって放射された光度を測定するステップ(18)と、
iv)前記測定の解釈によって、場合によって基準又は較正の参照によって、酸化性化学種の存在及び/又は量を推定するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記粒子が、1種以上の官能化生体分子に並びに/又はターゲティング分子及びステルス剤から選択される公知の関心のある生体分子にさらにカップリングされている、請求項1乃至請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 診断、特に生理学的に許容されない1種以上の活性酸素種(ROS)の発現に関連する生理学的障害(病理学的であるか否かを問わない)の診断のための、請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の方法の使用。
- 1種以上の活性酸素種(ROS)の過剰発現に関連する障害(病理学的であるか否かを問わない)に関する活性物質の有効性のスクリーニングのための、請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の方法の使用。
- 請求項1乃至請求項11及び請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の方法(10)を実施するためのシステム(100)であって、
・試料(102)中のフォトルミネセンス性の第1の試薬及び光学的に活性な第2の試薬を励起するための1又は2波長のレーザー照明装置(104)と、
・フォトルミネセンス性の第1の試薬及び光学的に活性な第2の試薬からの発光を異なる波長に応じてフィルタリングし、もって試料の2つの別個のフィルター処理画像を形成するためのスペクトルスプリッター(120)と、
・2つのフィルター処理画像の少なくとも2点の光度を決定するための手段と
を含むシステム。
