Abstract

 従来の軟質ポリウレタンフォームよりもバイオマス度が高く、かつフォーム物性および外観が良好な軟質ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法を提供する。  下記天然油脂由来ポリオール(a1)および/または下記ポリオキシアルキレンポリオール(a2)の存在下に、ビニル系モノマーを重合して得られたポリマー分散ポリオールを用いる。天然油脂由来ポリオール(a1):天然油脂に化学反応を用いて水酸基を付与してなり、水酸基価が20~250mgKOH/gであり、かつ分子量分布が1.2以上である天然油脂由来ポリオール。ポリオキシアルキレンポリオール(a2):配位アニオン重合触媒およびカチオン重合触媒からなる群から選ばれる1種以上の重合触媒(b)の存在下に、前記天然油脂由来ポリオール(a1)にアルキレンオキシド(c)を開環重合させたポリオキシアルキレンポリオール。
