Abstract
透明支持体上に少なくとも反射防止層を有する反射防止フィルムであって、最表面に少なくとも中空シリカ粒子およびシリコーンを含有する屈折率が1.20~1.49である低屈折率層を有し、該中空シリカ粒子が固形分中30~80質量%含有され、最表面から5nmまでの深さ範囲における、X線光電子分光分析装置により測定され、下記式(A)により表されるSi-C結合ピーク強度比率の平均値Rosが0.40以上であり、かつ最表面から深さ10~25nmにおける該Si-C結合ピーク強度比率の平均値Rotが0.0005~0.10であることを特徴とする反射防止フィルム。
式(A) (Si-C結合ピーク強度比率)=(Si-C結合ピーク強度)/{(Si-C結合ピーク強度)+(Si-O結合ピーク強度)}
