Abstract

　フレーム画像上の任意の２点に与えられた指示に基づいて、当該２点を対角とする一次矩形を生成し、当該一次矩形の上下または左右を調整してフレーム画像と同じ縦横比を持つ相似矩形を生成し、当該相似矩形をズーム手段に与えてフレーム画像から当該相似矩形内に位置する画像領域を切り取って拡大処理するよう制御し、画像縮小用指示部のいずれか１辺に指示が与えられた場合には、現在の相似矩形を指示された辺の方向に広げて次の相似矩形を生成し、当該次の相似矩形をズーム手段に与えて撮像中のフレーム画像から当該次の相似矩形内に位置する画像領域を切り取って拡大処理するよう制御する。
