Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de travail au laser pour un élément ayant un bord. Ce procédé est appliqué à un élément ayant un bord et une protubérance formée au niveau de la région de bord. Le procédé consiste à irradier par un faisceau laser à la fois l'une des deux faces coupant le bord qui a cette protubérance et la région de bord, pour faire fondre de cette façon la région de bord, et à déplacer la partie fondue vers l'autre face. Ce procédé de travail au laser peut être appliqué de façon correcte à une bague de graissage qui a des parties de rail droite et gauche, et une partie de bande reliant les parties de rail. La partie de bande présente plusieurs trous traversants, formés par sa fusion, et un solide refondu colle aux faces de paroi des trous traversants, mais aucune protubérance n'est présente comme solide fondu sur la surface externe de la partie de bande.
