Claims (21)
1. Способ изготовления бранши (11) для хирургического инструмента, со следующими шагами:
- обеспечение металлической части (33), которая имеет несущий участок (15) и по меньшей мере один функциональный участок (16, 17), которые нераздельно соединены друг с другом посредством по меньшей мере одной соединительной перемычки (34 39),
- заливка под давлением металлической части (33) материалом (26),
- удаление соединительной перемычки (34, 39).
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что металлическую часть (33) обеспечивают аддитивным способом производства.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что металлическую часть (33) обеспечивают посредством порошково-металлургического способа производства.
4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что металлическую часть (33) обеспечивают посредством селективного лазерного плавления металлического порошка.
5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что функциональный участок (16, 17) представляет собой электродную пластину (21) или рычаг (28).
6. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что заливка под давлением происходит при оставлении свободной по меньшей мере одной области поверхности функционального участка (16, 17).
7. Способ по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что несущий участок (15) и функциональный участок (16, 17) совместно образуют зазор (27, 29), причем на функциональном участке (16, 17) выполняют по меньшей мере одну расположенную на стороне несущего участка (15) удерживающую структуру (23), которая не соприкасается с несущим участком (15).
8. Электрохирургический инструмент по меньшей мере с одной браншей (11), которая имеет:
- несущий участок (15), и
- по меньшей мере один функциональный участок (16, 17),
которые выполнены из металла одинакового состава и одинаковой структуры и жестко соединены друг с другом посредством материала (26).
9. Инструмент по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что функциональный участок (16, 17) представляет собой электродную пластину (21) или рычаг (28).
10. Инструмент по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что несущий участок (15) и функциональный участок (16, 17) выполнены совместно задающими заполненный материалом зазор (27, 29).
11. Инструмент по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что на несущем участке (15) или на функциональном участке (16, 17) предусмотрена удерживающая структура (23), которая выполнена имеющей поднутрение.
12. Инструмент по п. 8 отличающийся тем, что функциональный участок (16, 17) имеет по меньшей мере одну удерживающую структуру (23), которая обращена к несущего участка (15).
13. Инструмент по п. 12, отличающийся тем, что удерживающая структура (23) выполнена посредством выступающего в зазор (27, 29) выступа (24, 30) или выемки.
14. Инструмент по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что металлическая часть (33) изготовлена аддитивным способом производства.
15. Инструмент по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что металлическая часть (33) изготовлена порошково-металлургическим способом.
