回路接続用フィルム状接着剤は、相対峙する回路電極間に介在され、相対峙する回路電極を加熱、加圧することによって加圧方向の電極間を電気的に接続する回路接続用フィルム状接着剤であって、当該接着剤の硬化後における水に対する接触角が９０°以上であることを特徴とする。
