Abstract

　ＰＩＮダイオードの特性パラメータのばらつきを吸収し、所望のリミッティング特性が得られる高周波リミッタを提供するため、下部導体部１３及び上部導体部１４の内部に、外部台座１５とキャビティ３４による外部半同軸共振器を構成し、外部台座１５の内壁と内部台座１６及びポスト１７とによって内部半同軸共振器を構成し、ポスト１７と内部台座１６との間にＰＩＮダイオード１８を接合する。この共振器部とそれに接続する導波管との間に共振窓１１，１２を設ける。そして外部台座１５のキャビティ３４に対する突出量ｘ、及び外部台座１５の内部に対するポスト１７の挿入量ｙを独立に調整可能とする。さらに各共振部１０、２０の間に隔壁３０を設けて結合孔６０を形成し、隣り合う共振部１０、２０の電磁界を偶モード結合とすることで、結合孔６０に低域通過特性を持たせる。これにより不要な共振モードの発生を抑圧し、遮断特性の広帯域化を実現する。
