Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Volumenstromsteuerventil (11), insbesondere für ein Kraftstoffeinspritzsystem wie ein Common-Rail-System zum Betrieb mit einem unter Druck stehenden Fluid, insbesondere Diesel-Kraftstoff, mit einem Hydraulikteil (1) mit einer Hydraulikbuchse (80), die einen Mantel (801) hat, und einem mit dem Hydraulikteil (1) zusammenwirkenden Steuerteil (2), insbesondere Elektromagnet-Steuerteil, zum Steuern des Volumenstromes, der durch das Volumenstromsteuerventil durchtritt, wobei das Volumenstromsteuerventil zwischen einer geöffneten und einer geschlossenen Stellung über unterschiedliche Zwischenstellungen steuerbar ist. Der Mantel (801) der Hydraulikbuchse (80) weist zur Verbesserung des Feinsteuerverhaltens des Volumenstromsteuerventils (11) mindestens zwei zueinander versetzte Durchtrittsöffnungen (3, 4) für das Fluid auf. Weiterhin bezieht sich die Erfindung auf Verfahren zur Verbesserung des Feinsteuerverhaltens eines Volumenstromsteuerventils. Weiterhin bezieht sich die Erfindung auf Kraftstoffeinspritzsysteme mit einem erfindungsgemäßen Volumenstromsteuerventil (11) bzw. mit einem nach einem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren arbeitenden Volumenstromsteuerventil.
