Abstract

Der vorgeschlagene Druckregler kann insbesondere in einem CNG-betriebenen Kraftfahrzeug als elektronisch steuerbarer Druckminderer zur Konstanthaltung des Gasdrucks an dem der Befüllung des jeweiligen Zylinders dienenden Einblasventil zum Einsatz kommen. Der Druckregler besteht aus einer Steuereinheit (1), einem von der Steuereinheit (1) kontrollierten Druckminderer (3) und einer die Gasauslässe (20, 40) der Arbeitskammer (17) der Steuereinheit (1) und des Druckminderers (3) verbindenden Drossel (2). Mit Hilfe eines auf das Ventil (21, 22) einer Überströmeinrichtung (14) wirkenden piezoelektrischen Aktuators (11) lässt sich der Gasdruck (P2) in der Arbeitskammer (17) der Steuereinheit (1) gezielt ändern, gleichzeitig die Stellung des Ventils (38, 39) der Überströmeinrichtung (33) des Druckminderers (3) beeinflussen und damit dessen Ausgangsdruck (Pout) auf einen vorgegebenen Sollwert einstellen.
