Abstract

 本発明は、下記一般式(1) (R1は、-CH(OH)-CH(OH)-と一緒になって5員環または6員環をなす原子団を表す)で表される基を開裂させた、下記一般式(2) で表される構造をスペーサーに有するホルミル基含有多孔質担体、その製造方法、および該担体にリガンドを結合させた吸着体に関する。本発明によれば、高強度でかつリガンドの漏れの少ない吸着体用担体、ならびに吸着体を提供することができる。
