Abstract

 洗浄液を充填した洗浄液貯蔵容器(12)に配設した、先端に洗浄液排出口(13)を有し、途中に気体供給口(14)を備える洗浄液供給管(15)の排出口(13)を、スロットルバルブ装着部(16)より下流部に開口部(18)を備える吸気管(19)を持つガソリンエンジン(21)の開口部(18)に接続する工程、エンジンを作動させて吸気管内を減圧状態にし、容器(12)から洗浄液を洗浄液排出口(13)を介して減圧状態の吸気管内に液滴状態にて継続的に供給すると同時に、洗浄液供給管(15)の気体供給口(14)から酸素濃度が20体積%未満の気体を吸気管に継続的に供給することにより、この液滴を上記気体により搬送させてエンジン内部に供給し、エンジンの内面部品に洗浄液を接触させて前記内面部品を洗浄する工程、そして前記内面部品に接触した洗浄液を排出させる工程からなるガソリンエンジンの内面部品の洗浄方法により、ガソリンエンジンの内面部品の洗浄を簡単な作業にて実施できる。
