Abstract

Ein Spannungsregler umfasst einen Eingang (11) zum Zuführen einer Eingangsspannung (VIN), einen Ausgang (12) zum Bereitstellen einer Ausgangsspannung (VOUT) und eine Serienschaltung (13), die zwischen den Eingang (11) und den Ausgang (12) geschaltet ist. Die Serienschaltung (13) weist einen ersten Transistor (14) zum Abschalten eines Stromflusses von dem Ausgang (12) zu dem Eingang (11) und einen zweiten Transistor (19) zum Einstellen der Ausgangsspannung (VOUT) in Abhängigkeit von einer Referenzspannung (VREF) auf.
