Abstract

A curable resin composition for column spacers which has excellent developability and can form a column spacer which is not abraded by rubbing in a step in producing a liquid-crystal display element. Also provided are: a column spacer formed from the curable resin composition for column spacers; and a liquid-crystal display element. The curable resin composition for column spacers comprises: a urethane (meth)acrylate compound having carboxy groups in the molecule and having a functionality of 6 or higher; and a photoinitiator.
