Abstract

　本発明の圧電磁器組成物は、主成分が、一般式［（Ｐｂ1-x-yＣａｘＳｒｙ）{Ｔｉ1-z（Ｚｎ1/2Ｗ1/2）ｚ}Ｏ３］で表わされると共に、ｘ、ｙ、ｚが、０≦ｘ≦０．２（好ましくは、０≦ｘ≦０．１５）、０≦ｙ≦０．２（好ましくは、０≦ｙ＜０．１）、０．１≦ｘ＋ｙ≦０．２、０．０４≦ｚ≦０．１を満足している。また、Ｍｎ成分を、前記主成分１００重量部に対し、ＭｎＣＯ３に換算して０．０５～１．０重量部含有するのも好ましい。本発明の圧電部品は、圧電セラミック素体１が、上記圧電磁器組成物で形成されている。これにより、低温焼成が可能で、無鉛はんだのリフロー加熱処理に耐え得る高いキュリー点Ｔｃを有し、かつ良好な圧電性を有する圧電磁器組成物、及びこれを用いた圧電部品を実現する。
