Abstract

 本発明の圧電磁器組成物は、主成分が、一般式[(Pb1-x-yCaxSry){Ti1-z(Zn1/2W1/2)z}O3]で表わされると共に、x、y、zが、0≦x≦0.2(好ましくは、0≦x≦0.15)、0≦y≦0.2(好ましくは、0≦y<0.1)、0.1≦x+y≦0.2、0.04≦z≦0.1を満足している。また、Mn成分を、前記主成分100重量部に対し、MnCO3に換算して0.05~1.0重量部含有するのも好ましい。本発明の圧電部品は、圧電セラミック素体1が、上記圧電磁器組成物で形成されている。これにより、低温焼成が可能で、無鉛はんだのリフロー加熱処理に耐え得る高いキュリー点Tcを有し、かつ良好な圧電性を有する圧電磁器組成物、及びこれを用いた圧電部品を実現する。
