Abstract
接合治具の第1の治具は、一方のプリズムの接合面から最も離れた稜線を挟む2面と当接する当接面を有しており、第2の治具は、他方のプリズムの接合面から最も離れた稜線を挟む2面と当接する当接面を有している。S3の密着工程では、2つのプリズムの上記各稜線が互いに平行であり各稜線に垂直かつ接合面に平行な方向に所定の位置関係を満たすように各プリズムの接合面に垂直な方向に第1の治具と第2の治具とを相対的に移動させて、一方のプリズムの上記2面を第1の治具の当接面と当接させ、他方のプリズムの上記2面を第2の治具の当接面と当接させた状態で、2つのプリズムの接合面を密着させる。
