Abstract

　低コスト化および小型化の偶高調波ミクサを得る。 　マイクロストリップ線路の導体が導波管の地導体に接続された構成でなり、導波管モードで伝送されたＲＦ信号をマイクロストリップ線路の伝送モードに変換する変換器と、変換器のマイクロストリップ線路側に縦続接続され、半導体基板上に形成されたアンチパラレルダイオードペアと、ＬＯ信号とＩＦ信号とを分波するための分波回路と、変換器とアンチパラレルダイオードペアとの間に設けられて、ＲＦ信号の周波数で約１／２波長の線路長を有する先端開放スタブと、アンチパラレルダイオードペアと分波回路との間に設けられて、ＲＦ信号の周波数で約１／４波長の線路長を有する先端開放スタブとを備える。
