Definitions
- Roller blind device in particular for a sunroof system
- the invention relates to a roller blind device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- an assembly with a roller blind which has a flexible roller blind.
- constant force springs are arranged, which in the developed state have an arcuate cross section and are pressed flat in the wound state (constant force springs in the manner of a metal tape measure).
- the roller blind can be wound winding core free to a roller blind, wherein a winding projection is provided, around which the constant force spring can wind up automatically. Supporting this purpose take-up aids are provided which guide the constant-force spring.
- a roller blind for a sliding roof system is also known with a constant force spring.
- the constant force spring is anchored at its free end in a winding shaft.
- this known roller blind has the disadvantage that by providing a winding shaft in the cross section along the Rollowickels different spatial form in the rolled state is not or only to an insufficient extent feasible.
- the object of the invention is, on the one hand, to develop a generic roller blind device in such a way that easy and pinch-free unwinding of the roller blind web is ensured. Furthermore, a roller blind device should be specified, which makes it possible to represent different cross-sectional shapes along a roller blind. These objects are achieved with a roller blind device having the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are specified in the subclaims.
- the solution according to the invention to support the takeup element of a roller blind rotatably about a winding axis, even with a constant force spring, which is not firmly connected at its winding end with the winding, a safe rolling, since the take-up in the case of a confining of the wound constant force spring can easily turn. If a trimming does not take place, the take-up can also stand still.
- take-up element is a bolt, which protrudes laterally beyond the roller blind and supports the roller coil in its edge region.
- Another embodiment uses as a take-up a sleeve which is rotatably mounted with respect to a bolt, wherein the bolt is mounted fixed to the vehicle.
- a defined breakaway torque by a selection of the fit between the sleeve and bolt or for example by the introduction of defined friction fluids, such.
- silicones or fats adjustable.
- the bolt is arranged only in the edge region of the roller blind and the roller blind is formed by the way hubless and winding core is freely wound.
- At least one or more spaced apart from the constant force springs are distributed over a length of the roller blind.
- rere winding aids arranged, which interact exclusively with the roller blind.
- the cross-sectional shape of the roller blind in the wound state over its length can be influenced.
- a flattening of the roller blind can be achieved by suitable shaping of the winding aids, so that a minimization of the installation space in the vehicle vertical direction in the area of the passenger compartment, for example in the area above the passenger heads, can be achieved.
- the winding aids over the length of the roller blind 3-dimensionally contoured, in particular arcuately or curved to arrange, so that the roller blind can be wound into a winding-corrugated arcuate roller blind.
- the winding axis of the take-up element is aligned tangentially to an imaginary arcuate winding axis of the roller blind.
- an arcuate design of the roller blind is supported.
- Figure 1 a roller blind device according to the invention in a perspective plan view
- Figure 2 is an isometric schematic detail view of one end of a roller blind of the roller blind device according to the invention with a take-up element.
- the roller blind 3 has in the region of its lateral boundary edges 5, 6 or directly adjacent to these boundary edges 5, 6 along these boundary edges 5, 6 constant force springs 10, which are preferably formed from a spring steel and in an unwound state have a curved cross-section spatial form. In a wound state, the arcuate spatial shape in the cross section can be pressed flat, so that a cylindrical winding of the constant force spring 10 is made possible. Since the constant force spring 10 is made of a spring steel and is made biased accordingly, this has a tendency to wind itself from one end. This effect is exploited to apply the required spring force for winding the roller blind 3 at a rear end 11 in the vehicle longitudinal direction to a roller blind 12.
- a multiplicity of winding aids 14 are provided along the roller blind 12 in a vehicle transverse direction 13.
- the winding aids 14 are formed, for example, as upwardly open clip-like receiving elements which have a substantially U-shaped in cross-section spatial form. In the interior of this U-shaped space form sufficient space is provided so that the blind sheet 3 is completely wound up to the roller blind 12 and for this space is available.
- the winding aids 14 are for example at one Body part 15, which follows a roof contour in the vehicle transverse direction 13 arcuately arranged, and upwardly, in a vehicle vertical direction 16, open. Through the open area of the winding aids 14, the blind sheet 3 can enter and exit.
- the roller blind device 1 has no winding core in the region of the roller blind 12 and is guided only by the body part 15 and / or the winding aids 14. At lateral ends 17 of the roller blind 12, a respective winding-up element 20 is provided on which the constant-force spring 10 can be wound up.
- winding aids 14 z. B. form as integrated areas of a plastic part.
- the winding element 20 is easily releasably stored in the vehicle in the event of a repair and / or fixed, in particular clipend, latching or the like attached.
- the invention is characterized by good operability, by a cost-effective design and a minimal space requirement.
- the fact is exploited that a winding core-free roller blind 12 at least in some areas a flattened or more generally receives a deviating from a cylindrical space shape spatial form, so that space advantages can be realized.
- a Zuschnüektekt and thus a stiffness and / or blocking of the roller blind 3 when pulling or removing the roller blind 12 is reliably prevented.
