Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition d'huile de goji fermenté. Elle peut être préparée par séchage des fruits à une teneur en eau de 25% à 27%; par alimentation d'un mélange de goji secs et d'une huile végétale comestible dans une cuve de fermentation; par fermentation du mélange de fruits séchés et de l'huile végétale comestible à 30°C ou moins durant 25 jours dans la cuve de fermentation; et par extraction d'une composition d'huile de goji fermenté par séparation de l'huile contenue dans le mélange du milieu de fruit par filtrage du mélange de fruits et d'huile. Cette composition d'huile de goji peut être formulée sous forme de capsules souples qui rendent faciles à ingérer les ingrédients de fruits et possèdent des effets bénéfiques pour la santé.
