Abstract

被加工板11から複数種のコア片12~14を必要枚数ずつ外形抜きし、これをプッシュバックして被加工板11内に戻す工程Aと、各コア片12~14のそれぞれを内側に包含する外側同一形状の外形板27、29、31の外側まで届き、内側端部は各コア片12~14に接する切欠き部28、30、32を形成する工程Bと、各コア片12~14と外形板27、29、31にかしめ部21、33を形成する工程Cと、被加工板11から外形板27、29、31を外形抜きし、各コア片12~14をかしめ積層して異形積層コア10を形成するとともに外形板27、29、31をかしめ積層する工程Dと、かしめ積層された異形積層コア10の外側に積層された外形板27、29、31を除去する工程Eとを有する。これによって、従来と比較して生産性を飛躍的に高めることができる。
