Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Biokatalysatoren (mixed layer clay mineral complexes) aus Wechsellagerungstonmineralen (mixed layer clay mineral) und Thiocyanaten oder Selenocyanaten oder Seleriten. Mögliche Anwendungsgebiete sind Katalyse von Umsetzungen mit chemisch definierten Substanzen, der Einsatz in Biogasanlagen sowie die Tier- und Pflanzenproduktion. Es werden Biokatalysatoren mit hoher katalytischer Aktivität, hinreichend hoher, aber auch nicht zu fester Adsorptionskraft, flexibler Porenstrukturen und variablem Porenvolumen und geringer Substratspezifität beschrieben, die auf folgenden Gebieten eingesetzt werden können: I) bei der katalytischen Zersetzung von definierten chemischen Verbindungen, II) bei der Synthese von definierten chemischen Verbindungen, III) in Biogas-Anlagen, IV) als Leistungsförderer in der Tierproduktion, V) in der Pflanzenproduktion. Die Vorteile, die bei den unterschiedlichen Anwendungen I bis V erzielt werden, lassen sich kombinieren, so dass ein synergistischer Effekt erzielt wird. Es werden Herstellungsverfahren beschrieben, die eine Anpassung an die vielfältigen Verwendungsmöglichkeiten ermöglichen.
