Abstract
上流側の酸化触媒4と下流側の選択的還元NOx触媒6を備え、選択還元型NOx触媒6にNOxの還元に用いるアンモニア系溶液を供給して排気ガス中のNOxを浄化するNOx浄化システム1及びNOx浄化システムの制御方法において、供給量制御装置5が、酸化触媒4におけるNOx吸着推定量Neを算出し、このNOx吸着推定量Neに応じて、アンモニア系溶液の供給量Yを制御する。これにより、アンモニア系溶液を選択還元型NOx触媒6に対して過不足なく供給して、アンモニアとNOxの両方の大気中への排出を防止する。
