Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition filmogène pour la nano-impression qui permet le transfert d'un motif avec une précision élevée à partir d'un moule et est excellente pour l'adhésion rapprochée à un substrat et la pelabilité d'un moule; un procédé de fabrication des structures qui améliore efficacement et notablement la stabilité thermique des structures; un procédé de fabrication des structures qui rend possible l'obtention d'une structure même à une pression de façonnage relativement faible; et des structures obtenues par les procédés. Il est préférable d'utiliser une résine silsesquioxane comprenant des unités de constituants spécifiques pour la composition filmogène ou d'incorporer une résine siloxane de faible poids moléculaire possédant un poids moléculaire moyen allabnt de 300 à 5000 dans la composition. De plus, après le pelage d'un moule au cours de la fabrication d'une structure, il est préférable de faire rayonner sur la couche résine une lumière ultraviolette sous une pression réduite.
